Penny Hoogerhyde - 2016 Biography
(Family)
I have been happily married to John Good since 1968. We have 2 children, Doug and Lori. They are both married and live close by us. We have 5 wonderful grandchildren who we just adore. My son and his wife Kelly have 2 children . Melody is 14 and Cody is 12. My daughter Lori and her husband David have 3 children. Jazlyn will be 15 in October, Tayana will be 13 in September, and Maleah is 10.
(Work)
I am retired and enjoying it. I am very much interested in researching family history. I also love to read when I get the chance. I spend a lot of time with my grandchildren, and they love to play games.
(Other Things)
I have a lot of memories of my school days. most of my memories are of my best friends, especially Gail Brandenburg and Marjorie Ames. We were friends all thru school... Peggy McVey was also a very good friend. I enjoyed our class very much. Our class seemed more like a "family" and I remember feeling sad at graduation. I have been back for most of our class reunions, and have really, really enjoyed all of them. It is so nice to see what all my classmates are doing now and hearing about their families.
Gail and Marjorie and I were always together. I remember everyone called us the three musketeers. We were so close. I loved everyone in our class !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I really enjoy our class reunions !!!!
It was so nice to see everyone at the 2015 reunion. It was so much fun. I can't believe it has been 50 years since graduation........wow !! where have all the years gone ??????????????????
